About Us
Alarm Protect is a relatively new innovative and forward thinking company, which is already showing signs of good sustainable organic growth, mainly due to its close relationships with clients, and innovating ways in which the company look at strategic growth; utilising an extremely emergent strategic view, which harmonises with the ever changing world of security and its related threats.
Unlike most Alarm Receiving Centre's (ARC's) and Remote Video Receiving Centre’s (RVRC's) Alarm Protect started life on the Response side of Alarms, moving to Monitoring, then Maintenance and Installation. This is unique to the industry and means that we have a fresh way of looking at the industry with a holistic view.
Alarm Protect cater for all types of clients big and small commercial and domestic. We operate with a 'can do' attitude and understand that many of our jobs have an urgent aspect attached to them, we are happy to work out of hours to ensure minimal disruption to our clients.
The requirements of modern security systems operating over IP infrastructures and complex computing systems has given us an opportunity to invest heavily in systems, equipment and staff. The experience and knowledge of the combined security and IT teams are of such great benefit to any industry and is a unique proposition for your company.
The Alarm Protect team comprises of staff members from many business backgrounds and industry disciplines. All members of staff are vetted to security standard BS7858 as a matter of course. Our Directors all specialise in mutually beneficial areas and have a thorough understanding of risk and project management.
Craig Hendry - Managing Director
Craig has worked at various levels and in many sectors within the security industry since 1997 and has gained knowledge about many best working practises and solutions for security issues.
Highly qualified, Craig studied at Loughborough University Centre for Hazard and Risk Management (CHaRM) and gained postgraduate degrees in Security Management, Law and Criminology, with his most proud moment, being awarded his Masters degree in 2004.
Alarm Protect allowed Craig to excel in the field of security by building on relationships formed with clients, finding solutions and ultimately saving them money at the same time.

Adam Hendry - Finance Director
Adam has always had an involvement within the security sector from an early age, but has spent time exploring other industries. Adam has always had entrepreneurial flair and excels in the areas of finance and strategic planning.
Studying in Durham and Leeds gave Adam the theory which he has put into practice at Alarm Protect. Adam thrives on managing change which gives us the edge in an industry that is built on changes; such as technological, physical, or changes of threats.
Adam is dedicated in the company mission of finding new ways to improve the service of the security industry and transfer that into valuable cost beneficial solutions for our clients.
